Processed Glass

Glass is a versatile material, it was primarily used windows, doors, and ventilators. Nowadays glass is also used extensively in façade, interior partitions, balustrades, railings for stairs and balconies. Whole new buildings are now constructed by using glass.

Euro Industry is one of the leading glass manufacturers and providers in China, we have been supplying premium quality processed glass of different type for a long time.  Architects trust us to wrap their landmarks in glasses.

Designers trust us to help them balance beauty, privacy, and durability. Millions of homeowners also trust us each day to create just the right glass for their homes in every conceivable climate.

Please note:

The cost of all kinds of the processed glass is heavily influenced by its weight, size, finishing.

Our Processed Glass options

Laminated glass is produced when two or more glass sheets are permanently bonded with one or more plastic interlayers (PVB) using heat and pressure. Our laminated glass significantly improves a window’s ability to withstand breakage, adds color and sound control, and helps meet building codes and requirements. From entrance doors and glass floors to aquariums and display cases, laminated glass is the perfect safety solution.

Tempered glass is produced by heating the glass to over 630 degrees C, then rapidly cooling to lock the glass surfaces in a state of compression and the core in a state of tension. Euro Industry's tempered glass is four to five times stronger than annealed glass and breaks into fragments that are less likely to cause serious injury. Whether it's applied to storefronts, fire knock-out panels, or fireplaces, our tempered glass can provide peace of mind.

Acid-etched Glass offers a smooth, satin-like decorative surface that scatters light.

Our acid-etched glass products offer architects and interior designers a unique opportunity to realize their design goals. Because it is not a coating, acid-etched glass maintains its look and finish over time, creating a translucent satin appearance which obscures view while maintaining a high level of light transmittance.

With high-tech equipment, our manufacturer mastered coating glass with razor-thin, neutral coatings. These coatings are made with extremely thin layers of metallic oxides and other compounds to achieve specific optical and thermal properties.

Depending on the layers used, coatings can manipulate light, reduce heat gain or loss, and achieve a desired color or aesthetic. Our low-emissivity (low-E) glass helps control the transfer of heat to help make buildings more energy-efficient and filled with natural light.

Insulating glass refers to two or more sheets of glass sealed around the edges with an air space between, forming a double- or triple-pane unit. Commonly referred to as an “IG unit,” insulating glass is the most effective way to reduce air-to-air heat transfer through glazing.  Our insulating glass offers dramatically improved thermal performance, regardless of the climate. Our insulating glass can transmit light beautifully, maintain ideal indoor temperatures and meet sustainability requirements.

Reflective glass is clear or tinted glass that has a very thin layer of metal or metallic oxide on the surface. The reflective coating is applied during the float process. The thicker the glass is, the less light will pass through the window. The reflective coating reduces heat gain and glare from the outside while allowing visible light to enter. Our reflective glass gives a building a mirror-like appearance, it also reduces the amount of solar radiation that enters the building, which reduces variations in the interior temperature of a building.

Back-Painted glass, colored and opaque in appearance, is produced by depositing and then baking a coating of lacquer to one side of clear glass. Lacquer is a solution of film-forming materials, usually applied as an ornamental or protective coating. This unites colored lacquer with the brilliance of glass. It brings color and ambiance to interiors and is particularly suitable for more demanding locations. Clear glass fused with lacquer creates smooth surfaces as wall-paneling furniture and as spandrel glass in buildings after being processed.

Louver window is a window composed of parallel glass, acrylic in a frame. The louvers are joined onto a track so that they may be tilted open and shut in unison to control airflow, usually by turning a crank.

Louver windows maximize natural ventilation by allowing airflow through the entire window area. Our Louver window glasses are available in clear or tinted options to provide the optimal thermal experience and fill the room with natural lights.

Borosilicate glass is a type of glass that contains boron trioxide which allows for a very low coefficient of thermal expansion. This means it will not crack under extreme temperature changes like regular glass. Its durability has made it the glass of choice for high-end restaurants, laboratories, and wineries.
